after Bitmapping something: the image gets small and goes to the corner!!!

I just purchased a new computer.. and when trying the photoshop 2025 I have on it... It seems that it is quite different.

After Bitmapping someting for a nice halftone, the image zooms way out and goes to the corner. So everytime I halftone, I have to grab and recenter, and zoom back into my project.  Drives me nuts!

Also, The halftones seem different as well... I use Photoshop for my screen print company.  But for some reason it behaves differently on my new Mac Mini.

I guess I just gotta get to know it. But the corner and zoom out issue is enough to drive me up the wall.

Thanks

See if going to Photoshop 2025>Settings>Tools and unchecking Overscroll solves the issue.

Could you please post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Which exact Bitmap settings are you using?
