Hi @Mono_Liza2511! Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community!

Could you please share your system information with us? From Help> System Info> Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it to your response. When did you start noticing this issue, maybe after an update to the application or the OS?

In the meantime, you can try out these fixes, see if they work.

1) Sign out and back in to the Creative Cloud application.

2) Disable VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or proxy server, disable it temporarily. These can interfere with how Photoshop connects to the AI servers.

3) Check Your Firewall/Antivirus: Your computer's firewall or antivirus software might be mistakenly blocking Photoshop or Adobe processes. Go to Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall > Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall. Ensure that Photoshop.exe and Creative Cloud.exe are on the list and allowed for both Private and Public networks.

Also, from the Defender firewall, go to Advanced Settings (you may have to enter your admin Username/password)> Outbound Rules> Disable the rule "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up."

Let us know how it goes!

Cheers!

Noel
