No.  A Kindle Fire won't help you.  You need a Win or Mac desktop computer.  And Adobe makes a special version of Photoshop especially for iPads.

 

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you intend to use. Check each one.

Thank you Nancy. I already have a laptop that I use. I recently purchased a Kindle Fire and was just wondering if it was compatible. I appreciate your suggestions so maybe I’ll also purchase an iPad.
