Hi there,

Today, when attempting to edit a JPG file, I encountered an error message that prevented me to fix it:

I have attempted various files, yet the error continues to persist. I followed the instructions on the Adobe page and it appears that my configuration is correct.

Some tips to solve that annoying issue?

Thanks!

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer,

Yes, I have the App installed on my PC. Is the problem linked to that app?

Yes try disabling Drop box and if the file you are trying to open is in a synced folder, move it to your desktop and try after disabling Sync.
