I've been trying naming every hex code from Wikipedia, & this annoying happened. Any ideas how to fix it, please?

I tried, & it didn't work. Also, I think "Annoying safe colors" is a little bit rude, what do you call the black lines of the hex code sliders?

You can press the Option or Alt key while using a slider to keep from locking on the "Safe" lines.

Jeff has given you the correct answer on the slider, but a word of warning on Hex Codes.
Hex codes are nothing special they are just RGB numbers expressed in base 16 instead of base 10. So RGB 0,0,255 becomes 0000FF
As such, they do not describe a specific colour unless in expressed in the context of a colour space. So the same Hex code describes a different colour in sRGB to that in AdobeRGB. Conversely, the same colour is described by different Hex codes in sRGB and Adobe RGB

What does this mean?
The sliders are called "Web Color Sliders", not "Hex Color Sliders" and were added to the Color panel back in days when most folks had monitors with 256 colors, 216 of which were web-safe colors, and back then it was important to use them.
