Any way to get rid of the light glare and grainy-ness of this photo?

I can sort of the grainy-ness to an extent, but I can't figure out the light glare or reducing the impact of the light behind the mans head. Luckily his face is still fairly intact but I'd love to improve this photo

I think this image offers previous little to improve the blown out parts but also the third face from the left.
