It gets auto checked upon pasting.

Have you unchecked it?

That setting should stick, if not there might be permission issues.

Workflow as in we upload to a central cloud and whoever has access can download including non designers. I dont want to have to take another step to share the link or a library unless theres a 1 step way to do that.

Embedding vectors. The older versions of photoshop did this automatically before the introduction of libraries.

Say what?

What exactly are you doing (pasting vector content., placing ai/eps/pdf, …)?

What settings do you use?

pasting vector content. not placing. What do you mean what settings?

Simply put, I just want to auto embed vectors and not have to deal with a library if possible. The older photoshop versions before libraries were introduced auto embedded vectors once copied and pasted in.

I dont want to deal with 2 files (per say) and take that extra step to share a library link. Just want one single PSD to include everything. One and done. I guess if that means I manually embed all my objects then I guess thats the way it is.

Maybe Im missing the point of libraries.

In the Paste-dialog did you uncheck »Add to my current library«?

It gets auto checked upon pasting. But it just adds the object to my library which doesnt solve my want of (auto) embedding.
