I have some extensive client swatch sets for clients that I'd prefer not recreating if there's a quick solution.

You can upload the swatches and re save them. Also create a style guide with your CC libraries.

Just remeber only plain colors are compatible! Patterns , gradients and tints are not!

You can save selected swatches from the Swatches panel menu as an Adobe Swatch Exchange (.ASE) file that can be shared by PS, ID, and AI. Only solid colors can be saved as .ase files since PS, ID, and AI treat gradients and patterns differently.

You could also put them in a Creative Cloud library and share the library.

In addition (for an FYI), Illustrator lets you save all types of swatches as an .ai file, but that type of file can only be used as a library in Illustrator and won't help you with your Photoshop clients.
