How can I get direct contact from the Adobe team? My PS still not working and to get a contact from Adobe is missing impossible? Thanks.

uninstall photoshop (including preferences), https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

 

then reinstall using the cc desktop app.
