Hi everyone,

Is Arno Pro (for text) always in bold. I can't seem to unbold it. I want to use this font but its bold version in some part of the text and its unbold version in the other part. Is it possible to do this?

It doesn't let me use the "bold" drop down. You can see it here. Its drop down arrow is faded.

That means you only have the Bold version installed. Install a normal version from Adobe Fonts (formerly Typekit).

Do you have Faux Bold enabled in the Character panel?

(Window>Character)

Or look at the Font Styles drop-down list in the tool options bar for the Type Tool

How is it related to Arno - Pro?

Jeff Arola mine looks like this, how can I locate faux bold here? Thanks

Hi Seling

Open your Character panel from the Window menu. Post a screen shot with an insertion point in your text.

Arno Pro is part of Typekit. Try activating it and see if that helps.

How do you activate it? I'm very new.

Hi Seling,

Could you try downloading the regular version of Arno Pro font and see if it helps? https://www.dafontfree.net/freefonts-arno-pro-f64439.htm

Hi,

How do you incorporate this software into Photoshop though? Won't it make everything more complicated?
