Arrow keys nudging reverse

[Infinite Drive]

This might sound very mundane, yet i have forgotten how to reverse the arrow key preferences. The keys are in reverse than normal, meaning the up arrow key is actually going do when I nudge a object. If any one can tell me how to make sure the keys are going in their appropriate directions. I.E: Up arrow key goes up, down arrow key goes down, and vice versa for the side keys. 
This would be very appreciated!

Did you rotate the image with the Rotate View Tool? 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?
