Auto-save and Auto-recovery in Photoshop CC 2017 - do not work after crash Photoshop with any type of issue.

My work from last 6 hrs i am doing, then i want to add some color effect so i am using color effex plugins from nik collection and for your kind information this plugins now its free so just i click on color effex after hit on OK so my Photoshop has been crash, before some days ago i had a same thing but  i didn't recover back,  so i go to my Photoshop preference setting there is a option on automatically save recovery information every 10 minutes i click on mark option then hit OK but now again crash file from Photoshop so i again i go to preference setting but now what i see there is unmarked recovery option after  save setting also still my file not recover back last 1 hr i am just waiting for automatically recover please fixed

As you are not able to use the Auto-save and Auto-recovery feature in Photoshop after the crash, could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop by following the steps mentioned below:

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you startPhotoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
