Hi

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have, if you're on Windows go to this location

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Adobe Photoshop 2021 Settings

Delete the Gradients.PSP file, it will be recreated when you launch Photoshop

Hello @defaultreic4tdxikf3 , thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you still have the gradient.psp file it would help us a lot to have a copy of it to see what the potential issue can be.

Do you recall importing or creating new gradient presets before closing Photoshop?

Please also include a copy of System Info file located in Window > System Info.

Thanks!

Claudia
