Can't export in H.264 for some reason..

So, I'm doing my first ever export in premiere and whenever i choose h.264 in premiere or media encoder the program crashes. It doesn't crash when it comes to other formats as they work just fine.. H.264 blu ray, AVI, MPEG, you name it.. It's fine. Can somebody help me because the program just stops responding and crashes....
