Batch an action

I have a folder with png files and have made an action in PS : save to psd and save to jpeg and close. BUT it works only on 12 out of 110 png's Why?

Or is there a better way to convert png to Jpeg?

But. I keep getting the same problem. I wonder, can't there be an @ in the name at the image?

Also when I use the Image prosessor I get this error message? And photoshop crashes.
