Batch not re sizing multiple files after recording. Only the initial image. CS5 MAC

Opened actions. Recorded a batch. Basically photoshoot from JPG down to web ready format. 24 files. Only save s the first one as recorded. When running batch the other files remain full size with no changes but at least transfer to new folder. Shut computer down, re start, same thing. Never had this happen before. Frustrating.

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to achieve with your action, but if you record a save function in an action it will hardcode the filename. This means all exports would have the same name, so it would overwrite the previous one.

Are you using Photoshop's Batch function? Have you tried xbytor's Image Processor Pro? It lets you export using Save For Web (although it looks like save for web won't last long in future Photoshop versions).
