Now that's the next version of Apple OS is being rolled out on Thursday 12 November 2020, is there any word on compatibility with Photoshop 2021?  Last pinned message on here was from September...

Only Photoshop v22.0 is tested and supported on Big Sur. Any earlier version is entirely unsupported.

Again, as has been stated several times above - if you install a brand new OS on day one, it's really your own risk. Expect a bunch of problems the first couple of months. The smart thing is to wait until the bugs have been rooted out.

ok but my Photoshop is updated to 22.0.1.
I also connected an external graphics card: AMD Radeon Pro 580.

Not to mention the just announced Silicon processor (Arm) (Apple M1 chip)

Macs with Big Sur.

Really? And Catalina and Photoshop are still a mess!

Yes really. I would never install an OS upgrade on a working critical system on day one. Photoshop upgrades are slightly different in that I can retain the previous version.

My advice for any OS upgrade, be it Apple or Windows is to wait. Let others do the testing and once the dust settles only then upgrade.

There lies the problem. This is about beta. From tomorrow it isn't in beta.

Also, I have found the system requirements on the US site doesn't mention Big Sur, yet the UK site does....

Absolutely - if you took this page 'as read' then it tells us to install the released version of Big Sur, but I'm sure the reality is different (from recent history of taking MONTHS to get the software anywhere near compatible)
