Blank new composition window in Photoshop CC 2018

Hi guys, pardon me if you get misunderstood, English is not my birth language lol...

So I used Photoshop perfectly since few months when the icons and the display started to look awfully smalls all of sudden and that ruined the export of my composition plus it was hard to work on this, so I manage to do this external manifest stuff which was much greater and enlarged my display but then something happened with the new creation file window, I'll show you in a screenshot :

I can't see the numbers or even create a new file or a composition this is really disturbing. I know the external manifest stuff might play in this but I can't go back since as soon as I go back on the regular small icons display the cursor of my mouse starts going crazy and do not point at what I want.

And I already reseted all the preferences, I'm struggling and I need you guys !

    This is only a guess, but it sounds like your UI scaling can't make its mind up.

    Open Preferences > Interface and see what the UI Scaling is set to.  I'm guessing that it is set to Auto, and using 100%.  Try setting it to 200% and restarting Photoshop.  If that makes no difference, set the UI to 100% and restart Photoshop.

    Looking at your screen shot, the UI and/or display is broken.  This might be a scaling issue as I have suggested above, but it might also be a GPU and display issue.  Try disabling the GPU in Preferences > Performance.  If that fixes it, you need to make sure you are using the most up to date driver for your video card, and you need to do this from the video card / GPU maker's web site.

    You should also try the other new document tabs like Photo and Web, but I suspect you'll still have the blacked out area.

    If you are not sure about this, open Photoshop and go Help > System info > Copy and paste to this thread.  Hopefully we'll be able to make sense of it despite it not being in English,  and point to where to update thew driver if needed.  I am sure your issue is fixable one way or another, so don't worry.
