Blank Thumbnail Picture

I have installed an app making inside image of PSD file visible in windows explorer. But inside image is invisible in windows explorer.  How to fix this?

Chances are it will need the PSD to be saved with maximise compatibility checked, in Preferences > File Handling . This saves a composite layer in the file which can be used by such apps.

What does it mean?

It means a flat composite, with all layer content baked into a single layer, is added to the file.

Many applications cannot read layers and need this flat composite to display and work with the file, e.g. Lightroom - and most thumbnail codecs such as the one you bought.
