Hi, i'm trying to reopen some files that i haven't touched for months, when i do, it's just completely blank, maybe worth noting that there are 3d layers, as i know PS are getting rid of 3d, any help much appreciated

Try going to Preferences > Technology Previews and check "Deactivate Native Canvas". Then click OK and close and restart Photoshop.
