Blurred Number Plate Help Please

Hi Everyone,

Could anyone help me work out the number plate on this car? I think it was a Renault, perhaps Clio.

It is in relation to a car incident and they were a witness, but I need their plate so my insurance can try and locate them.

Any hits, tips / guesses welcome.
