Bridge CC 2017, Photoshop CC 2017, ACR won't allow multi-photo selection

I recently updated my Bridge CC and Photoshop CC to the 2017 versions. Prior to the upgrade I could select multiple photos in Bridge and tell it to open the photos in Camera Raw. Then once in Camera Raw I could select multiple photos and have adjusts made to all of them at once. I could indicate I was done and Camera Raw would close and return me to Bridge. The photos would all retain the adjusts made in Camera Raw and I then could do a Photomerge or merge to HDR.

Now when I select multiple photos in Bridge CC 2017 and open the photos in Camera Raw, the photos would still open in Camera Raw but I can no longer select multiple photos and apply Camera Raw adjustments to all at the same time.

Something in the 2017 is broken.   BTW, I am running on Windows 7.

It is working here.

How are you selecting the multiple images in Camera Raw ?

I can make this work by clicking Select All in the drop down menu at the top of the ACR filmstrip and also by Clicking the first image and shift clicking the last (or Ctrl click on individuals)  Any adjustments I make from then on are then applied to all those selected.

Also which Camera Raw ? - latest is 9.7
