It looks like that is one of the hardwired shortcuts, but you should repeat your request on the Photoshop Feedback site which Adobe engineers follow. You'll probably get a response from someone like Jeff Tranberry who will tell maybe one day, or it will never happen so you can think about an alternative.

I figured it out. :). I have to , unfortunately press three keys
Control -Option and the FN key, then drag 😜

Well you'll have to wait for a MAC user to chime in, it's obviously something on the MAC side as Adobe hasn't changed anything

I got this to work by adding the FN key to the equation, on ALL of my Mac devices, ibook macbook air and imac

I figured it out, have to add the "FN" key, then it works again. Thank you for your attempt to help me though!
