Brush tool & Eraser tool spin when using

This just started happening today. When using the brush tool and eraser tool after 1-2 seconds it begins to spin, like it's loading or processing. I did update my Macbook Pros to the new macOS Mojave yesterday. I didn't use Photoshop yesterday, but this all started when I used PSCC2018 today. Any known fix or work around to this issue, or should I reinstall the last macOS?

Hi Doug,

A screen recording would be a big help. If that's not possible, how about more information about your document/size/resolution and your brush settings/spacing/type?

Thank you,

Sebastian
