BRUSH WONT IMPORT FROM CC LIBRARY

I have tried over and over to import a brush from the cc library. I clicked use in document nothing shows up. I tried to look for a tutorial found nothing on brushes.

Is it applied to the selected Brush Tool?

No , nothing happens. The brush stays the same and it does not show up in the brush menu. I also can't find a tutorial to see if Im doing anything wrong.

Have you tried dragging it into the Brush Presets Panel?

Yes. I have tried everything. Not just one brush but different brushes.

When I grab it I get the + sign then I drag it to the panel the + disappears and noting happens.

Does the cursor change when you hover over the Brush Presets Panel?

It won't screen shot the cursor but it looks just like that with the paint bucket

After the Cursor changed and you click into the Panel what exactly happens?

Are you trying to import a Photoshop brush? Libraries can save PS brushes, AI brushes and one that only work in sketch... they aren't grayed out in your library, right?

Not greyed out in photoshop but they are in AI

Then they should be PS Brushes... I have never actually tried loading the brushes, so after playing for a few minutes, this is what I came up with...

I can't get the brushes from the library to pop into my brushes panel. But, if I have my brush tool selected and right click on a brush in the cc library and choose use brush in document, I can load the brush.

Can you post a screenshot of your cc library with the brushes? Is it just grayed out when you right click? Where did the brushes come from?

Not greyed out in photoshop but they are in AI

I had created a brush in adobe capture, that didn't work so I just dragged a brush I made in photoshop renamed it and tried to bring it back in and that didn't work

what happens when you right click on the brushes in cc libraries? Do you get and option to use in document?
