Brushes deleted from the Brush Preset Manager still appear in the Brush Picker

The top row of the brush picker is showing you the most recently used brush settings. It continually changes as you work.

Theresa, thank you.  With my lousy eyesight, I never noticed that the top row is separate from the "box."  And, since I'm borderline OCD, it was driving me nuts.  Again, thanks.
