Brushes don't work on Masked Layers

Is "spamming" a typo? 😊

I was going to suggest checking the blend modes and opacity on both the layer itself and also in the options bar for the Brush tool, but now it's fixed.

I do want to add, though, that the History panel records 50 steps by default, although that number can be changed in Preferences. If you have to use Ctrl+Z 50 times, then you might want to open the History panel to see what the last 50 steps were. If you see 20 steps that says you used the Brush tool, for instance, and the one just before those 20 says you changed your layer opacity, then you can spot the trouble quickly and step back 21 steps with one click.
