Calling all Campers - Photoshop beginners and newcomers! (Survey link in thread)

I just completed the survey.  The last question asked if I wanted to share a PSD file with "the team." I clicked yes, received a Dropbox link, which could not be opened. 

been playing with upgrade -- wow! thank you sooo much. as an example, here is a photo using "Nueral Filter" -- took all of 2 seconds + think only 1 keystroke to colorize the attached!!!  No idea if these colors correcct - I don't own the photo, Getty does.. it is Princess Alexandra with her husband Angus Ogilvy and their 2 children in 1974.. but look at how much better this photo is when colorized.. expecially the horse. I'm blown away. So just wanted to express thanks. 😊

I am an owner of a timber tree farm. It is mostly a hobby but it generated $50,000 income for me this year. I am required to have a forest managemnet plan. I keep a daily log of farm activities and expenses. I take pictures of the operations and like to put several pictures on a page with descriptive captions. I was able to do this with microsoft digital image and PICASA. Both of those are no longer supported and since installing Windows 10 my editing is very limited. I hope that Photoshop can help me but do not know how to get started.

Buena noche, soy suscriptor de Adobe y compre Photoshop e Illustrator, excelente Software de diseño, solo que en Photoshop no he logrado activar los Neural filters, como lograrlo?.. necesito de la colaboración de ustedes.
