Dear Support,
it would be greatly appreciated if I could import my *.RAF files into PS or LIGHTROOM. Preferably both.
Atm I get an error message.
When I check PS I see that I have the Camera Raw Addon already installed. Cannot import any *.RAF files into PS or LR.
I am running MacOS 10.15.7. and cannot install the newest Camera Raw Update.
Also using PS & LR 2022 Versions.
RAF files are the compressed variants.
A) Is there a workaround?
B) When can I expect a solution?
Thank you for your time!
Quick Addendum: DNG Converter cannot be installed below MacOS 10.15.
Upgrading towards newer OS solved the issue with being able to install the 2023 versions of PS, LR and Camera Raw.
So to use FUJI RAF files wit Adobe CC at least MacOS 10.15 is neccessary.
Thx 🙂

What version of camera raw /Lightroom are you using.
The Fuji XS20 files require camera raw 15.3 or higher (Lightroom Classic 12.3 / Lightroom 6.3)

If you cannot use v15.3 or later you could try converting to DNG

Hi Dave,
Thy for the swift reply!
Just found out the same. All the versions of PS, Lightroom and Lightoom Classic running on my Mac are older than the minimal versions listed on the compatibility list. So I may need to update my OS if possible.
Before that route I'll try if the workaround to DNG conversion is valid. Thx for the tipp!
Best,
Mat

I have a similar issue, but different. (New Camera Fujifilm X-H2) I have Elements 24 and RAW 16.2 and I can draw a .RAF image from Bridge to Elements and then opens CameraRaw, but if I double click on the .RAF file I get a mesage saying "-Camera Raw requires that a qualifying product has been licenced"- Nothing of this happens with a CR2 file in Bridge. That opens in Camera RAW with a double click. What goes wrong?
