Camera Raw shortcut not working--Photoshop 2020

CTRL+SHIFT+A does nothing in both Photoshop 2020 and Photoshop CC 2019. All other keyboard shortcuts I have tried work.

Camera Raw Filter plug-in is up to date, as of 1/9/2020. I'm on Windows 10.

I've tried the default keyboard shortcuts and modified keyboard shortcuts. I can modify the specific shortuct to something else and it works, but then I can't change the shortcut back to its default manually--it's like I'm not pressing any keys at all; I have to click Use Default to get it back.

All legacy shorcuts are turned off.

I know I can change it to something different to get A shortcut for Camera Raw Filter, but I'm used to the default and it's engrained in my muscle memory. 😞

Does menu Filter show that Shift+Ctrl+A is still the shortcut

Or has it been reassigned

I find Photoshop seems to loose Focus at time no shortcuts work on windows till I click on the image  where Photoshop regains focus.

If Other shortcuts are working try resetting Photoshop Tools and your Photoshop preferences.

I cannot access it thrhough the keyboard shortcut nor via the filter tab, Camera Raw Selection is grey and not clickable. I know it works because for a short moment it cam up when I was uploading images into the Bridge. It was not working before then like usual and has not worked since. Any other suggestions?

Sigh yeah I have it remapped at the moment too. Hopefully someone finds the solution...never thought something so insignificant would be so irritating

As mentioned above, resetting settings does not help. I have it remapped as well at the moment but its still annoying that this is the only keyboard shortcut not working and probably my most used as well.

So I found out why it wasnt working.
I had another app using the same keyboard shortcut. If you open the application taskbar (little arrow on the bottom right of your desktop. Restore default shortcuts in photoshop, and exit apps in the app taskbar one by one until you can use Ctrl+Shift+A again. For me it was Razer Cortex's Alexa plugin. Good luck!

I know what your talking about NEF files, can't open them eather or view them. I bought Nikon Z8 and if I try to view Raw files can't, get message say can't read format. If I us my older raw files they open fine. I found out that Lightroom and Lightroom Clasic can open and I can view them, But not in photoshop. Nikon, Mac and Adobe said it's a software issue. I't year you can view immages in both Lightroom but not photoshop. I do everything in Lightroom and transfer to Photoshop and they work fine.

Maker sure your color mode is RGB. I found this article and setting color mode to RGB fixed it.
