Can I do this in Photoshop CC?

I want to create a 2d mockup from the image below in PS
then animate it to look similar to the animation here: Shared album - Troy Davis - Google Photos

I'm not sure whether I can do this with Photoshop or another Adobe product?

Hi you can use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After effects in that its very easy to do it....Thanks.

First you need to isolate the image in PS!

Have the correct image and than animate it using After Effect!!

Hi check following video in which camera animation is done in After effects its not easy if you not know software but you can do if you do some effort.

1st thing is you need image with no background using Photoshop.

2nd animation using camera in After Effects.
