every time I open photoshop I'm forced to watch the generative AI tutorial, I've already watched all the videos, I've already disabled the tips, and even so I have to watch this tutorial for something that I don't use, is there any way to make it does this stop?
Right, I did some things that solved my problem, in creative cloud: Apps> All> in photoshop you click on the 3 dots on the right>versions> and install version 25.0 (currently it will be 25.1). And then the problem will be resolved until Adobe releases a new version, you will still have access to generative fill AI, but the tutorial will no longer appear.

Fortunately I don’t suffer this problem; could you please post a complete screenshot to illustrate where the video »resides«?

Have you ever gone through the 3 items?
Might there be a »Don’t show again«-checkbox on the third one (not that it should not be on the first one)?

If there is this option, I didn't find it, I did all the steps in this tutorial to see if it stopped appearing, I looked in preferences for something related to this, and I didn't find anything related.

Hey, still no resolution for this issue?

Not yet; today I updated, thinking that would solve the issue, but it didn't. It's really annoying. In another post, I saw comments suggesting that adding a special character to the PC username fixes the problem, but I wasn't lucky with that. I hope they solve it soon.

If you update the photoshop for the new patch, will still have the problem, but try to do what i've do in the correct answer on the top.

Every time I open Photoshop the Generative AI advertisement appears, I've already tested it, I've clicked to test it later, photoshop has already been updated and EVERY TIME I open it it comes back!
Please, what do I do? I can't stand hearing any more: "Hi, I'm Anna McNaught.".
