Hi, I have this problem. I used to have this old Photoshop account and subscription. I forgot all the data I need to sign in and I can't restore them because Google shows some type of problem, so I'm unable to sign in. I wrote multiple times to support to cancel my subscription, the said it was fixed but I still get charged every month. What should I do?

This time when you talk to Adobe Customer Care via the instructions from Ged, get a case number at the start of the chat. Because you have tried several times, ask for a supervisor or Tier 2 support.
