Can't duplicate artboard

Hello,i am trying to duplicate my artboard but this isn't working. I tried to hold down the alt key but the plus icons are not appearing.

Does somebody how to duplicate the artboard?

Try "Layer" - "New" - "Artboard from Layers"

With the Artboard selected in the layers panel - try Alt - L  - D

Strange!

On Windows, holding down the Alt key whilst pressing L then D just takes you through the menu selections - so you could try the long way :

With the Artboard selected in the layers panel try using menu "Layer - Duplicate Artboard"

If that doesn't work I would go to Preferences - General and "Reset preferences on quit". Then restart.

What should i do if i see no artboard appear in the layers tab. I can only see my shapes, text and background layer but no artboard layer.

It sound like you are not using a document with an artboard. In Photoshop, the use of artboards is optional.

If you are - can you post a full screenshot showing both the artboard itself and the layers panel

If that's the case can i instead add a new artboard and copy all my layers into that artboard? And then duplicate it?
