Not sure what you mean.

Log-in to your Adobe account below to ascertain which plan you're paying for.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

Hope that helps.

You can disable Notifications from Preferences in your Creative Cloud Desktop App.

Or just hit the Maybe Later button.

Not sure why this thread was moved to Photoshop.

It's a Creative Cloud Desktop issue.

Regardless, Notifications come from CC Desktop App.

that may nor not be controllable, but if it is, adobe support may be able to help.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

@Nancy OShea heads up, this is indeed specific to Photoshop and not related to the Creative Cloud desktop app. The dialog that was shared earlier in the thread is from a campaign that's run in Photoshop.

@Kalvyn Rasquinha Please let the devs know that the popup can't be dismissed ("Don't show again" doesn't work). It also breaks my app! I can no longer use camera raw or save for web since it started showing and going through all steps given by customer support agent did not resolve the issue! The popup opens multiple instances of the Adobe Licensing WF Helper, maybe that's the culprit.
