Can't launch LR classic and PS 25: We can’t verify your subscription status

Help - I am unable to start LR calssic and PS 25 (was working normally 2 days ago), getting screen:
"We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. Error code: 10000."
I have latest versions of LR and PS, MacBook Pro M4, Sequoia 15.1.1, Creative Cloud running, computer online, payments OK, Limited Access Repair Tool engaged - no success.
Any ideas, experience, solution? Many thanx.
