I created a GIF in  Cyberlink PowerDirector, it works in a browser and on my desktop (Windows 11) but when I try to open in PS 24.4.0 I get this error: Could not open "file" becase decompression error occured. Saved a random gif from the web and it opens fine.

PowerDirector is probably creating a GIF from video or GIFV.
