Can't open MOV file in Photoshop 2022

Hey,

I remember a couple of months ago, being able to add video tracks into Photoshop, and also having all the layers in the Timeline window. Now, in the 2022 version on MacOS, when i try to add a MOV or MP4 it says it wasn't able to open due to the format of the file (first image), and the timeline window is completly different (second image).

Does someone now how can we add videos now? Or is this a technical issue?
