Can't open or creation new file（win photoshop V25）

Here are some details regarding the problem:

  1. Inability to Create New Files: Whenever I attempt to create a new file, the system does not respond, and the file is not generated. This has been a recurring problem and is quite inconvenient.

  2. Inability to Open Old Files: Similarly, I am unable to open any of my previously saved files. When I try to access these files, I receive an error message or simply encounter unresponsiveness from the system.

I have tried to troubleshoot this issue myself, but without success.

    I've managed to resolve the issue on my own. For those facing the same problem, here's the solution:

    1. Clear the cache data.
    2. Disable the "Generator."

    Navigate to "Preferences > Plug-Ins" and uncheck "Enable Generator."

    1. Restore Photoshop's default preferences.

    Refer to manually removing the "Photoshop Settings" folder.

    I had tried updating the program to the latest version and even reverting to an older version, but neither worked. In the end, I believe step 2.3 was the one that did the trick.

    I am unable to close programs through the standard method and must use the Windows Task Manager to do so.
