Can't render video to mp4 in macOS catalina

When I want to render a video (mp4) in photoshop is doesn't seem to work after updated to macOS catalina.

After file > export > render video, I cannot select the option "Adobe media encoder" but only "photoshop image sequence". This results in multiple saved .psd files (each frame of my video). Is there a workaround for this problem?

I even update all the Adobe apps for the most recent versions, and still doesnt export ...

Thanks, I already tried this, but rendering the video is not the problem. I can only save the 'video' as a photoshop image sequince, which results in several photoshop files.

sA you can see over here, I cannot select the "adobe media encoder" option
