can't right click on path in path panel

Hi, I'm trying to right-click on a path in the paths panel so to get the make selection menu and options but the menu won't show-up.  I know there are other ways to do so but this one is the fastest. I already have reset the pen tool and photoshop preferences, even reinstalled photoshop. Still won't get the contextual menu. Any idea?

That is a known bug. Hopefully, they will fix it soon.
