Can't see Normal map and bump setting preview

Hi, i just create a bump map with a cloud filter, the file size is 6144 px, 6144px  (here screenshot example)

Than i create a normal and everything works ok, but when a try to do this another time with a new texture, to make some adjustment the normal map tool and bump doesn't work i mean when a click -----> filter -----> 3D ------> normal map or bump map nothing happend. Can you help me ?

I can't see any anomaly on the system log, I did replicate on my version and everything works fine, I could suggest you to use another Photoshop version. Might I ask you if it's still working if you are making a new document? You can also post your problem on the Photoshop Feedback Portal here: Photoshop Family Customer Community

i did try with a new file and now it's working ok but i had restart my Photoshop a cupple of times and than my mac before normal map works
