Can't upload after changing file name.

Hey guys!

When I save a photo as a JPG with a file name (i.e change it from IMG_4402 to Justin) I can't upload to a site like shutterfly or walgreen's to print. However, if I upload the original file (IMG_4402) it uploads perfect. Any idea why? Thanks!

Hi Rudy,

Did you check the extension (IMG_4402.jpg) and (Justin) without the extension?
