can we design a 3D view photo and give him a motion using adobe Animation

i am not a graphic desgner. i am an engineer and made home security product like padlocks and combination lock. one of my clict demand me to design a padlock for storgae unit using the adobe and give him motion like 3d view. so i need some suggestion can it is possible or not.

Something like that can be done but you'd have to put a lot of effort into learning Photoshop and the 3D elements. It might be easier to subcontract the job to a specialist, maybe to someone with Solidworks.
