Can you sweep a circle on a vector curved line to make a 3D bendy pipe?

Is it possible in photoshop 3d to sweep a circle on a vector line to make a bendy pipe? What I want to be able to do is to create a pipe with straight sections and curved pieces. I know I can do it in my 3d app but wondered if it was possible in Photoshop. Thanks
