Cannot download photoshop 2019

Hi

I cannot download Photoshop CC 2019 although I follow the instructions:

"Scroll down to the app you want to install and select the More actions icon next to it.

In the drop-down list, select Other Versions".

There is no drop down list, the only option is "learn more".

Could you help please?

@Antonios Nikolopoulos Photoshop CC 2019 is not available from the Creative Cloud app, you can however download it from here
