Cannot open PSB file on Windows, Photoshop 26.1.0

Cannot open PSB file on Windows with Photoshop 26.1.0. I tried using both Bridge and Explorer, but neither worked, whether using drag and drop or the Open command. Below is a video; I also attempted moving the PSB file to another location without any success, though that is not shown in the video.

Update: it appears this file is corrupted; another PSB file opens without issue. Below is a clue: I was too quick to assume there was a problem with PSB files.

@Bojan Živković yeah, seeing the file being 0 bytes was my first sign that it was corrupted
