I have recently installed Photoshop on a Mac and I am having problems setting one of the buttons on my wacom intuos pro s pen to pan/scroll. Is there a way to set it so that when I release the button, it reverts to my previous tool? I've tried setting it to H, as it is the hand tool shortcut, but I am unsure how to make it switch back to previous tool upon releasing the set button.
Hi - I'm not sure about how the wacom pen treats Spring Loaded Keys, but as long as you haven't changed H in the Edit Keyboard Shortcuts for the Hand tool, pressing and holding the H key, then letting go will revert to the previous tool. Photoshop distinguishes between a tap of a key and a press-and-hold.
I'll check on a wacom pen tomorrow too, unless someone else chimes in :-).

Having the Tool reset to previous tool upon release of Pen button worked on my PC with the 2015 release of photoshop when I set the button to Pan/Scroll in the Wacom App, btw.
