cannot use camera raw filter

I use photoshop cc version trial I found that cannot use camera raw filter,

when i use this function, it hang , do not show histogram , cannot click  and i must be end task program every times.

The first thing i would try is going to Edit>Preferences>Camera Raw and unchecking Use Graphics Processor, then restart photoshop.

And if what Jeff has said helps, check the web site of the maker of your graphics processor (or laptop if it's one of those) for updated Windows display drivers.
