cannot use camera raw filter

I use photoshop cc version trial I found that cannot use camera raw filter,

when i use this function, it hang , do not show histogram , cannot click  and i must be end task program every times.

The first thing i would try is going to Edit>Preferences>Camera Raw and unchecking Use Graphics Processor, then restart photoshop.
