Cant choose high quality PDF as an option after the update anymore

Hi, my question is the title.

Ever since I updated my photoshop to 2024 version, the "high quality pdf" option is no longer showing. I can't even choose any of those settings its just says "custom settings" and is not letting me change it as the Adobe PDF preset options are unactive.
